The Heart Behind Align
Meet Mia Celino, CPA.
Mia's story started in a church her father planted after walking away from his career to answer God's call. She watched him carry the weight of ministry, and at nineteen, she picked up part of that weight herself and managed the church's books. Thirty years later, that's still the work she loves: sitting beside leaders who are pouring everything into a calling, making sure their finances support the vision.
What began as helping one church grew into something Mia never imagined. She built the Five-Point Alignment Method on accounting best practices and biblical wisdom, and through it she has walked alongside churches and ministries across the country and around the world, helping leaders trade guesswork for clarity and confidence.
She knows the ache you feel to see your ministry become everything God has called it to be. So she built Align, ensuring you never have to choose between stewarding your finances well and pursuing the mission in front of you.
